Mrs. T, these look and sound amazing! I LOVE sweet potato fries, especially if they have some spices added to them or have an accompanying dipping sauce which is a little bit spicy to help offset some of the sweetness!! Like a wasabi aioli… YUM!
Sweet potato fries are my favorite! Try dipping them into marshmallow creme. I know that sounds gross but dang is it good!
