And what happened to the regular blog posts?
Well, a few things…
For starters, “Little Mr. T.” has recently moved to one nap a day, which means I’m learning to adjust to less free time.
Two, I’m more exhausted at the end of each day now that the weather is warm and we spend most of our awake time outside playing. We sprint down the sidewalks, try to eat rocks and dirt (him, not me), chase butterflies and bubbles, pet the grass, and hunt for “flowers”…err, dandelions (don’t have the heart to tell him they’re weeds just yet), and wow is it exhausting chasing after and playing like a kid when you’re not one. But the good news is I’m getting a great (and FREE) workout everyday, and I’m having a ball spending time outdoors with my son! But there’s another reason…
One of the biggest reasons I’ve been a little lax on the blogging recently is that I’m considering switching my blog from WordPress.com to Blogger. I like both hosts for different reasons, but I think Blogger would be a better fit at the moment. So bear with me while I quickly transition, and I promise to be back to posting more wonderful keeper recipes ASAP! (And if any of you out there in the blogosphere have made a similar transition, I’d love any feedback!)
In the meantime, I’ve been enjoying re-making a lot of the keepers I’ve already posted here on my blog. It’s been great to enjoy some of my favorites again! Here’s what we’ve been eating the past week…
